(Panteion University, Athens, Greece). Worked for the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Eurasia Energy Security Geopolitics Visiting Professor/Research Associate (Economics D/T, University of Peloponnese, Greece). Published his doctoral thesis (Russia’s statecraft/China-Central Asia-China energy interaction), ‘China’s Energy Geopolitics: The Shanghai Cooperation Organization and Central Asia’ (Rutledge, 2009), ‘Energy geopolitics Crossovers in Central and Eastern Mediterranean at the prize of the Energy Union’ (Palgrave, 2020), ‘Geostrategic Alliances in the Eastern Mediterranean and MENA: a Universal Paradigm Shift’ (Sprinder, 2022), and several Eurasia Energy Geopolitics papers.
